We support our customers with comprehensive expertise in the implementation and optimization of 3DEXPERIENCE. We offer tailored consulting on strategies, methods, and processes. We install, configure, and customize 3DEXPERIENCE according to customer requirements. We also develop customized solutions. Furthermore, we offer a professional helpdesk and application management services. We can support all projects with professional project management.


Development of tools and extension modules, especially for the PLM system 3DEXPERIENCE
Our goal is to expand and optimize 3DEXPERIENCE with our own solutions and proprietary products. We offer customized tools and applications in areas such as data migration, automated data generation and distribution, data exchange, SAP integration, and process and system administration.

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the overall management of our customers' PLM systems SmarTeam and/or 3DEXPERIENCE.

  • You ensure the operation of the respective PLM system at our customers.

  • You handle 2nd & 3rd level incidents and service requests in the PLM environment.

  • You will build up comprehensive knowledge of the customer's specific PLM systems, both in terms of applications and their implementation, configuration and customization, as well as in terms of knowledge of the respective methods and processes.

  • Your responsibilities also include supporting application databases such as Microsoft SQL.

  • You will analyze the customer's technical and business problems and requirements and create specifications and concepts for implementing appropriate solutions. You will carry out the respective implementations in coordination with the customer or support your development colleagues in implementing them in the system.

  • If necessary, you will also be involved in the project work of your teammates.

  • Typically, you'll work remotely on your tasks primarily from home, together with a team spread across Germany. This approach requires a high level of personal responsibility, discipline, and time management skills, as well as strong self-motivation.

You bring that with you

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or completed studies in computer science or business informatics.

  • Several years of professional experience in the relevant field is an advantage.

  • Good general knowledge of client/server architectures, IT infrastructure, application and implementation activities in the Windows environment.

  • Good knowledge of relational databases and their support such as Microsoft SQL.

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and programming languages (Java, Javascript, .NET, C#, HTML or VBA)

  • Ideally, good knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE and/or SmarTeam (installation, configuration, customizing, application, operation).

  • You maintain an open and communicative relationship with customers and colleagues.

  • You are able to structure your work yourself in coordination with colleagues or customers and complete it conscientiously.

  • Ability to think analytically and find goal-oriented solutions.

  • Very good knowledge of German and English.

  • Permanent residence in Germany.
