valexcon GmbH's portfolio includes comprehensive services for the PLM systems 3DEXPERIENCE and SmarTeam. We support our customers through all phases, from implementation and process consulting to implementation, integration into existing IT landscapes, customization, data migration, and adaptation and enhancement programming, as well as the development of interfaces, for example, to SAP. We also offer support services such as helpdesk support and the operation of PLM systems.


Thanks to our long-standing collaboration with Dassault Systèmes, we also have in-depth expertise in the PLM systems ENOVIA VPM V4 and ENOVIA LCA. This knowledge enables us to efficiently export customer data from these systems and migrate it into 3DEXPERIENCE.


In addition, we have extensive experience with the authoring systems CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA and SOLIDWORKS to provide our customers with the best possible support.

ENOVIA SmartTeam is a traditional product data management application from Dassault Systèmes for engineering departments and small to medium-sized companies.

 

ENOVIA SmarTeam is aimed at users who work with low-complexity products and product lines and require a solution for design data management and collaboration within a single discipline or at a single location.

 

We are happy to support you with SmarTeam release upgrades, even in complex environments - especially in conjunction with a multi-site installation. Our strengths also lie in exporting data from SmarTeam and making it available to 3DEXPERIENCE. We are also happy to offer operational support (helpdesk) for SmarTeam.

 

 

 

ENOVIA VPM V4   (Virtual Product Model) is a 4th-generation PLM system from Dassault Systèmes, primarily used in combination with CATIA V4. It was a leading solution for managing complex product data and structures in the 1990s and early 2000s, particularly in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and shipbuilding.


VPM V4 was replaced by ENOVIA V5 (LCA) and later by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (ENOVIA V6), which offer more modern user interfaces, better integration with CATIA V5 and more comprehensive process support.
 
ENOVIA LCA (Lifecycle Applications) is an older but powerful PLM system from Dassault Systèmes. It was primarily used to manage product data, processes, and lifecycles within companies, especially in combination with CAD systems such as CATIA V5. ENOVIA LCA stores all product-relevant data, such as CAD models, drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), documents, etc., centrally in a database. This ensures that all stakeholders always have access to the most up-to-date information.

 

Thanks to our broad customer base, we have extensive expertise in the PDM systems Enovia VPM V4 and Enovia LCA. Our experience ranges from system customization and trigger programming to the development of interfaces – especially for integration with SAP.

We have extensive expertise in integrating CAD authoring systems, particularly Dassault Systèmes applications, into both the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and SmarTeam. We are also able to adapt these systems to our customers' specific requirements through customized add-on programming such as CAA. Through numerous customer projects, we have also acquired in-depth knowledge of integrating the Creo CAD system into the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.​

  • Teamcenter from Siemens Digital Industries Software is one of the world's most widely used PLM systems and offers a powerful, scalable platform for managing complex product and process data. The solution impresses with its deep integration with CAD and ERP systems, as well as its extensive functionality for variant management, change processes, and enterprise-wide collaboration. Teamcenter is particularly suitable for larger, international companies.

 

  • Windchill from PTC is a modern, web-based PLM platform focused on product data and change management, as well as configuration and variant control. The tight integration with PTC Creo is a major advantage for users of this CAD solution, yet Windchill can also be used independently of other CAD systems. The solution is particularly aimed at technology-driven industries with complex development processes.

 

  • Keytech from Revalize is an established PLM solution from Germany that is particularly suitable for medium-sized companies. With an intuitive user interface, rapid implementation, and practical features, keytech offers a streamlined entry into product lifecycle management. The solution supports common CAD systems such as SOLIDWORKS and Autodesk Inventor and enables end-to-end technical data management.

  • Agile PLM from Oracle is a proven solution for product and quality management – ​​particularly in the electronics, high-tech, and pharmaceutical industries. The platform offers comprehensive functions for change management, compliance, regulatory approval, and supply chain integration. By connecting to other Oracle systems, Agile PLM can be seamlessly integrated into existing IT landscapes.

Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL) are powerful relational database management systems (RDBMS) used to store and manage large amounts of data. With the introduction of its SAP R/2 and SAP R/3 solutions, SAP established a global standard for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. The next generation of SAP ERP software followed with SAP S/4HANA. The platform makes in-memory technology available to ERP users, allowing them to process vast amounts of data in real time. It also allows for the integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning.

Many of our customers require seamless integration of their PDM system with SAP. For this, we either use proven integration solutions or develop customized solutions based on individual requirements. The SAP objects to be integrated typically include the material master, the document info record, the change master, and the engineering BOM.
