Implementing and administering the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is challenging and extensive. Reducing the complexity and effort required for workflows and mappable methods is a common implementation goal. valexcon offers proprietary modules for expanding the functionality of 3DEXPERIENCE as needed. These modules are integrated directly using existing APIs and are used to implement 3DEXPERIENCE in processes with functionalities and methods that go beyond the standard scope.
The development and maintenance of the extension modules is carried out in close collaboration with Dassault Systèmes to solve individual tasks, such as complex rights and roles concepts or company-specific workflows. The extensions and templates reflect best practices, drawing on many years of experience with various customers.
Release workflow
A workflow ("change action") in 3DEXPERIENCE always represents an individual, customer-specific part of the development process. 3DEXPERIENCE does not offer a customized solution for workflows, but rather individual "building blocks" that must be individually linked during implementation. The valexcon Release Workflow Template offers interconnected basic building blocks for the flowchart, the selection of automatically pre-populated change actions depending on the action to be performed, an automatic compilation of all data under a root node for release, and the locking of the data for further processing.
